Innovation 2006 – Sydney Event is a wrap!

Well I thought I would post a final not on out Innovation 2006 tour which finished up in Sydney on Friday last week. We had great attendance in Sydney and the event was filmed so keep an eye on the Innovation Portal for the on-demand web cast.

All and all it was good to finally get a chance to get out and start to talk with people about Windows Vista and Office. I felt customers were quite interested in the changes to Windows Vista Security which was the session I did at the event. Particularly people were interested in User Account Control and the implications this is going to have on how they deploy applications and whether they give users only the Standard User right for their PC’s.

I’ve also been getting requests for the slides that I used for the event so I thought I would post them to my blog so they are available post event. I’ve also got some sessions coming up soon with the ACS and SAGE and I thought I would post the deck I’m using for those events as well. So below are some Security decks I’m using right now. Hope you enjoy!

Windows Vista Security Overview

As I develop decks on Windows Vista I will post them to my blog. Enjoy! And did I mention I just love this blogging directly from Word 2007! It rocks!
