Feedback Needed: Technet Subscription

Hi folks,

We are trying to gauge the value you get out of your Technet subscription.  If you have a Technet subscription then we would love to hear any feedback you have; whether its good or bad.

    Managed newsgroup posts, never get answered, even posting to popular channels with the correct alias used.

    Issues with how subscription terminates with VLA… No notice, warning or renewal sent when comes close to expiring.

    Poor documentation on keeping DVD sets up to date.  Be better if included a printed copy of what should be in this binder now, with every monthly package.

    Contents don’t easily jive with tabs provided.
