David dropped me a very nice mail about the cartoons I posted yesterday on Wednesday, and this one came out of a conversation I had about them.

I was wondering if Spoonerisms are a particularly British concept but some of the web sites I found are in US or Australian English. This one has "Right Facism" as one of "Top spine noonerisms". Since putting the Map on the side of the Blog (Hello Reykjavik !) I'm more aware of people reading this who aren't native English speakers. I wonder if there are spoonerisms in French (for example) and if so, what are they called
