I’m a keen golfer and have been following The Masters the last few days with a keen eye. There’s been some great golf out there and the course at Augusta looks stunning.
It was nice to see this blog post then, on the Windows Server team blog on how Callaway uses Windows Server Compute Cluster edition to perform lots of big calculations in the pursuit of pushing innovation with their golf equipment.
The guys at Callaway reckon that jobs that used to take them 40 hours now take only 8 making their design engineers much more productive. Read the full case study here.
