Find it hard to navigate the Partner Portal?

One of the things I hear regularly from partners is the difficulty with which they find information on the Partner Portal.  It comes down to the sheer volume of information on there - trust me - there's a lot and making it all accessible I think the web team do a great job of - considering the challenge.

Those partners who do get their heads around it really do out perform other partners.  They know about more sales and marketing campaigns, they know when and what technical training is available and they are much quicker to align to Microsoft's movements in the marketplace.

We're offering training to partners on how to use the Partner Portal more effectively and I've just got an internal memo from Emma about the details.  Thought you'd like to know first ;-)

Starting in February, the UK MSPP team will be running training courses on the Partner Programme to help partners make sense of the tools, resources and benefits of being a Microsoft partner, looking at:

· Using the Partner Portal

· Navigating the Partner Membership Centre

· Managing Your Competency Information

· Making the most of your Programme Benefits

· How to find Information more Easily

Invite your partners to sign up to MSPP KickStart on the Partner Learning Centre and get trained on the Partner Programme.

Not only that, but this is your partners’ chance to meet the UK MSPP team and discuss any issues face-to-face with the experts.

Intended Audience:

Key partner dedicated administrators within the business.  Any other personnel who would like to be trained up on the tools and resources we offer on our partner portal. Open to all partners, but some sections will be specific to Certified and Gold partner tasks.
