One of the things I hear regularly from partners is the difficulty with which they find information on the Partner Portal. It comes down to the sheer volume of information on there - trust me - there's a lot and making it all accessible I think the web team do a great job of - considering the challenge.
Those partners who do get their heads around it really do out perform other partners. They know about more sales and marketing campaigns, they know when and what technical training is available and they are much quicker to align to Microsoft's movements in the marketplace.
We're offering training to partners on how to use the Partner Portal more effectively and I've just got an internal memo from Emma about the details. Thought you'd like to know first 😉
If you're in TVP on those days - drop me a line and we can meet up for a coffee.
