Vista Backup - no good?

Jon Hicks over at the Vista Magazine has been slating the usability and features of Vista's backup application. I can see his point with some of the stuff - like the restore usability, but he doesn't mention Vista's new CompletePC backup which is really really cool. It basically allows you to take a Virtual PC snapshot image of your PC.  This means you can recreate your entire PC - complete with applications, documents etc. from bare metal.

I'm using it to create final versions of test environments with all the essentials on board - like Office, Expression etc.  Then if I break it - by testing or whatever, I can simply reboot my machine using the CompletePC backup image - no hassle.
