I know some of you may be sick of having Sidebar gadgets that countdown to your favourite launch or key event, I dont really find those types of gadgets useful.  I have listed some cool gadgets that I have been using that may be of use to you.

Netvibes Rugby World Cup Gadget Great to see Netvibes supporting Windows Vista with their gadget ecosystem.  This gadget comes in very handy just in time for the Rugby World Cup.  It has a calendar of all the games, pool standings and knockout stages.
