KB: Devices continue to try to enroll in a cancelled Intune subscription

We recently published a new KB article regarding a scenario where devices still attempt to enroll in a Microsoft Intune subscription even though it has been cancelled. It’s not terribly common but we’ve seen it a few times now. The issue is that if you switch your MDM provider from Microsoft Intune to another company, or you do not wish to the Office 365 built-in Mobile Device Management (MDM), you need to verify that the CNAMEs that were created as pre-requisites for device enrollment per https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn764959.aspx are no longer present. Otherwise, your devices will still attempt enrollment in Microsoft’s Intune MDM servers because the enrollment and registration requests are being redirected to the Microsoft servers instead of your new provider.
