Implementing BlackBerry in an Exchange Environment

In this article, Kim talks about the challenges he faced implementing Blackberry in his organisation. I asked him whether he'd done a bakeoff with the Smartphone and he told me:

About the smartphones...no we didn't do a bake off. BB came in as it does in many companies: Executives demanded that we "make it so".  No discussion.  Just do it. So we did it. Now, of course, they are interested in smartphones. We are currently working on smartphones and Exchange 2003 ActiveSync and OMA. I am sure I will have an article about that as well :).
