Getting Line Spacing Under Control

One of the most noticeable changes in Word 2007, aside from the Ribbon, is what it does to line spacing. By default, your paragraphs suddenly have a lot of breathing room. The new style is the work of professional designers who claim it makes your documents more attractive and easier to read. I talk to a lot of people who aren’t so sure.

Line spacing is even more frustrating when you copy and paste from several different sources. If you’re not careful, your document could end up looking like a ransom note.
