Hi Everyone,

 

Last week, 15 Developer products related hot-fix KB articles were released, and 1 is forWindows Embedded system, 2 are for Visual Studio, 7 are for .Net Framework, 1 is for BizTalk Server, 3 are for IIS, and 1 is for Commerce Server. Below are the details:

 

Windows Embedded system - 1 KB article:

· 979815  When a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3-based device detects that a storage device is inserted, a "Data Abort" exception occurs in the Exfat.dll module

 

Visual Studio - 2 KB articles:

· 980263  String literals are misinterpreted by the Visual C++ compiler in Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 when the string literals use UTF-8 encoding and contain Asian characters

· 969873  A Stop error occurs when you profile an application in Visual Studio 2008 SP1 on a computer that uses an AMD processor and has Hyper-V enabled

 

.Net Framework - 7 KB articles:

· 974367  You lose session data for requests that are currently running when you configure an ASP.NET 2.0-based application to use SQLServer session-state mode

· 980251  A memory leak occurs in a .NET Framework 3.5 SP1-based Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) application that uses the ResourceDictionary class and the MergedDictionaries property to manage resources

· 980294  Characters in the Barcode font are printed in the Wingdings font in an XPS document that is created by using the .NET Framework 3.0

· 981001  A hotfix rollup is available for Windows Communication Foundation in the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for Windows Vista SP2 and Windows Server 2008 SP2

· 981002  A hotfix rollup is available for Windows Communication Foundation in the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

· 975525  The WCF service that uses the .NET Framework 3.5 cannot support the Windows Azure feature that rewrites the SERVER_PORT variable

· 980588  A hotfix is available that supports WCF service to use HOST SPN that is registered for computer account in the .NET Framework 3.5

 

BizTalk Server - 1 KB article:

· 980950  "xlang/s engine event log entry: Exceptions.Types.InterceptorException" error message when you run a BizTalk orchestration after you upgrade BizTalk Server 2006 R2 to BizTalk Server 2009

 

Commerce Server - 1 KB article:

· 949277  Error message when you perform a catalog search in Commerce Server 2007: "Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint"

 

Internet Information Service - 3 KB articles:

· 981280  You receive the error message "HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized" sooner than expected when you try to log on to an IIS 7.0 Web site by using invalid credentials

· 981124  The MIME mapping list cannot be parsed by using the legacy ADSI provider in IIS 7.0

· 980363  A hotfix is available that adds features to the FastCGI module in IIS 7.0
