Last week, 11 Developer products related hot-fix KB articles were released, and 7 are forWindows Embedded system, 1 is for Visual Studio, 1 isfor .Net Framework, and 2 are for Host Integration Server. Below are the details:

 

Windows Embedded system - 7 KB articles:

· 979447  The FileStream.Read method of the .NET Compact Framework 3.5 incorrectly reads a block of bytes on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device

· 980228  A scrolling animation does not run in a Web page that has HTML and Java scripts enabled on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3-based device

· 979120 Error message when you play a VBR-encoded MPEG-1 file on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3-based device: "An unknown error has occurred (0x8007005)"

· 979165  You do not receive an error message when you try to perform a write operation on a write-protected USB storage device that is inserted into a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3-based device

· 979228  A Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device does not allow for more than one concurrent connection from Bluetooth clients when it works as a Bluetooth NAP

· 979285  Error message when you drag the Seek bar of Windows Media Player on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3-based device: "Unknown error occurred (0x80070057)"

· 979255  The status of a meeting request is unexpectedly marked as Busy on the attendee's calendar if the meeting request is created on a Windows Mobile 6.1-based device

Visual Studio - 1 KB article:

· 979335  The value of a stream pointer is incorrect when an application calls the ifstream::seekg function in Visual Studio 2008 SP1

 

.Net Framework - 1 KB article:

· 980138  A .NET Framework 3.5 SP1-based WPF application throws a System.ArgumentException exception on a computer that uses a multi-touch screen

 

Host Integration Server - 2 KB articles:

· 974393  The number of connections for the same process identifier exceeds the limitation for the maximum number of connections in Host Integration Server 2009

· 979783  TI Manager displays only the virtual directories that exist in the default Web site in IIS Manager in a Host Integration Server 2009 environment
