Apr. 22 – Apr. 28 Hot-Fix KB articles Weekly Release – Developer

Last week, 13 Developer products related hot-fix KB articles were released, and 2 are for Visual Studio, 5 are for .Net Framework, 5 are for BizTalk Server and 1 is for IIS. Below are the details:


 


Visual Studio – 2 KB articles:


·         968338  getKB – VC2008 SP1: Code generates incorrect offsets to access class member


·         967211  The offset that is generated to access a structure member or a class member is incorrect when you compile an application by using the /Ox option or the /O2 option in Visual Studio 2008 SP1


 


.Net Framework – 5 KB articles:


·         958722  Memory usage increases significantly when you use a single workflow runtime to run an application that creates lots of workflow instances from different XOML files


·         967622  The local credential is audited instead of the remote credential that you enter when you run an application that uses the System.Management namespace to connect to a remote computer


·         961712  Error message when you use Internet Explorer to browse a Web page that includes an ASP.NET AJAX application: “Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site”


·         961901  The specific IME mode that you set for an Edit field may disappear when you return to the Edit field from a .NET Framework 2.0 SP2-based Windows form


·         967100  Input Method Editor (IME) input in an XAML browser application (XBAP) may be corrupted when a WindowsFormsHost control is present on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP


 


BizTalk Server – 5 KB articles:


·         961149  The receive location does not use the start date and the stop date that you set in BizTalk Server


·         961534  You cannot configure BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5 when you log on to the server by using a user account from the trusted domain or when you use a named instance of SQL Server for the configuration           


·         961708  You cannot configure BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 3.0, and you receive the following error message: “You need to be a BizTalk Administrator”      


·         967154  The FTP receive location does not receive a file if the FTP raw command is configured in the Before Get field in BizTalk Server


·         970231  Event ID: 208 is logged, and the MessageBox_Message_Cleanup_BizTalkMsgBoxDb job may fail in BizTalk Server


 


Internet Information Service – 1 KB article:


·         967853  IIS 6.0 may close a connection unexpectedly when a client application sends approximately 4,000 POST requests by using chunked transfer encoding on the same HTTP connection
