Hi Everyone,

 

Last two weeks, 15 Developer products related hot-fix KB articles were released, and 4 areforWindows Embedded system, 4 are for Visual Studio, 2 are for .Net Framework, 3 are for IIS, and 2 are for Commerce Server. Below are the details:

 

Windows Embedded system - 4 KB article:

· 959480 A stream from a media server appears choppy when you use a CEplayer.exe application on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device to play the stream by using the MMS or HTTP protocol

· 958805 Error messages when you run the "!heaplist" command in a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2-based image: "ERROR! Invalid region signature for region"

· 960054 When you send a DHCPv6 information-request message from a Windows CE 5.0-based device to a stateless DHCPv6 server to obtain the configuration information, the stateless DHCPv6 server does not respond with a reply message

· 961128 When you unload the SNMP service by using the services command on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device, the execution of the command does not finish

 

Visual Studio - 4 KB articles:

· 958845  The targets that are specified by the TargetsNotLogged property may still be logged in a Team Foundation 2008 Build that has Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server Service Pack 1 installed

· 959168  The destination file may change if you use the "tf merge" command together with the /baseless and /discard options on a computer that has Team Foundation Server SP1 installed

· 961932  The HTML tag may become distorted when you edit a segment of relative HTML text that is big and complex, or random Web code corruption occurs when you work on an ASP Web page in the Design view in Visual Studio 2008

· 958797  Error message when you attach a file that is larger than 4 MB to a work item if you enable the Kerberos security protocol on the Team Web site in Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server SP1

 

.Net Framework - 2 KB articles:

· 957911  An incorrect HTTP status code is returned when you use the UserNamePasswordValidator::Validate method on a computer that has the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 installed

· 957660  The paths for images, SiteMap nodes, and the <form action=/> tag are rewritten when you use the URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 to rewrite a URL

 

Internet Information Service - 3 KB articles:

· 960718  The host process of the application crashes when the CounterExists method or the Exists method is called on a multiprocessor computer in IIS 6.0

· 960563  The folder hierarchy for a subdirectory is displayed incorrectly when you open the virtual directory in Visual Studio 2005 or in Visual Studio 2008

· 967131  The FastCGI module does not work if you are using the HWC functionality of IIS 7.0 and the process that hosts the HWC is part of a Windows job object

 

Commerce Server - 2 KB articles:

· 954726  Error message when you try to perform an incremental catalog import operation by using an XML file that contains empty attributes for a product: "Line x: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

· 958771  The cache is not updated when you use the SiteCacheRefresh method if you specify host headers for a Commerce Server 2007 application that is hosted by a Web farm
