Summary: Display the Windows PowerShell ISE add-ons that are available.

Hey, Scripting Guy! Question How can I programmatically display the Windows PowerShell ISE add-ons that are available and show
their status?

In PowerShell v5 (Production Preview) I get an error: The property ‘VerticalAddOnTools’ cannot be found on this object. Verify that the property exists.
This is very strange, since Get-Member shows VerticalAddOnTools is a property.
