    Hi ztwardy,

That's what the Save-Help cmdlet is for.  You can run Save-Help on a computer that does have an internet connection, copy the files over to your other machine, and use Update-Help with the -SourcePath parameter to install them.

I have the following problem: my server has no connection to the Internet.

So on my workstation I can run Get-Module – ListAavailable….. and get the HelpInfoUrl

    For example

    CimCmdlets               go.microsoft.com/fwlink

But when I use such URL address I cannot find something nor I cannot download a new updated help file.

What should I do to get update help files for PowerShell on not Internet connected server.

Attention server is running Windows 2012 OS.
