 How can I use a Windows PowerShell cmdlet to find information about my naming contexts for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)? 

Use Get-ADRootDSE from the Active Directory module, pipe the results to the Select-Object cmdlet, and use a wildcard pattern to select *naming*. 

Get-ADRootDSE | select *naming*
