Summary: Learn how to find all modules on a system by using Windows PowerShell.

Hey, Scripting Guy! Question How can I find all of the modules on my system by using Windows PowerShell?

Hey, Scripting Guy! Answer Use the Get-Command cmdlet and specify all of the modules. Pipe the results to the Group-Object cmdlet, and sort the results to make it easier to read, as shown here.

Get-Command -Module * | Group-Object module -NoElement | sort-object name
