The format of the event is the same as the other IT Camps taking place in May and June in the West Region. I am including the agenda below to be safe. Also, to participate in the Hands-On Lab in the afternoon, you will need to bring a computer that meets the following minimum requirements:
x64 compatible processor with Intel VT or AMD-V technology
Operating System is Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 8
4GB RAM (8 GB preferred)
At least 40GB of free disk space (75 GB preferred)
No Drive encryption (such as Bit Locker) enabled

Virtualization is core building block in cloud computing today. We will walk you through configuring Hyper-V settings in Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 which then translates into configuration of Hyper-V in Windows Server 2012 Beta. You will see that the skill sets for today translates very well into the future. The second portion of the hands on session will entail working with the Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Hyper-V Virtual Machines provided by Double-Take to get experience with their solution and how it integrates with System Center 2012.
