Office Communications Server 2007 Virtual Labs

I know that TechNet Virtual Labs are very valuable to IT Professionals.  Even I take advantage of these since it is a time saver from a build out perspective so that I can immediately get some hands on experience with new "stuff".  I just found out there are some new Virtual Labs available on Office Communications Server 2007 as well as a new one for Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging.
