Some feedback on the redirect to Office Online

Mark, Otto, thanks for the feedback in the comments. (for some reason, I can't leave a comment myself, but chalk that up to blog ignorance). 

I appreciate that the old Groove.net site was an important place for our v3 customers to access tools and information. At the same time, we want to make sure that all of our customers, new or old, are getting access to the most up to date information about Groove 2007. After all, Office Groove 2007 is the best, highest quality, most secure, most performant, version that we've shipped. 

The change to the url was an attempt to maintain access for Groove Virtual Office customers, and at the same time, optimize for Office Groove 2007 customers. The change over (like most change overs) wasn't very graceful. I apologize if that caused any additional challenges for our customers and partners. It sounds like we have some additional work to do to ensure that we can provide access to the resources that were up on the old site.
