Technical Training from the Source

One of the most common questions I get asked is about training for organization resources when a customer is moving to Office 365. One of the best sources of technical training is the Microsoft Ignite series. The sessions on the Ignite site are often more technical, but could be useful for a wide audience.

There are several types of Webcast series offered on the site for the different team members you may have that manage and support your Office 365 deployment. They are: FastTrack - Deployment Resources for Office 365, Office 365 Technical Webcast Series and Office 365 Support Webcast Series.

FastTrack - Deployment Resources for Office 365 are focused on how to deploy Office 365. Office 365 Technical Webcasts are online sessions led by Microsoft Office 365 Product Managers, Engineers and Support staff. The series addresses Office 365 technical subjects and scenarios and is beneficial to anyone who wants to increase their knowledge of the Office 365 suite. Lastly, the Office 365 Support Webcast Series is focused on the process and functions used to support and manage the service or the capabilities of the service.

In addition to the Webcasts there is also a great Resource Library that allows you to view and download the materials that support the webcasts and also the slides and resources that are leveraged in Ignite sessions held around the globe. You have the ability to sort by product, topic and even technical level of the viewer. You will find download links to various file types like PowerPoint, PDF and others.

The Ignite site should be an excellent resource for your IT Staff and is a resource to keep your staff educated on not only capabilities, but process and methods to support your deployment.
