INTRODUCTION

 Consider the following scenario:

  • You create a chart that contains non-Western characters in Microsoft Excel 2010.
  • You copy the chart and paste the chart as an Extended Metafile chart into another Office 2010 application.
  • You edit the chart.

In this scenario, the non-Western characters in the chart are displayed as corrupted characters.
