HP BladeSystem C-Class Infiniband Now Supported with Windows Compute Cluster Server 2003

Windows Compute Cluster Server (CCS) 2003 from HP now supports Infiniband interconnects with HP BladeSystem c-Class servers. Parallel, high-performance computing (HPC) applications can take advantage of the high speed and low latency provided by Infiniband. Infiniband support is provided with Voltaire Gridstack for Windows, which is included with Windows CCS from HP.

 

Additional performance improvements are available with HP-MPI for Windows. Customers can purchase fully configured clusters, including servers, racks, interconnects, cabling and power, along with Windows CCS 2003 from HP, using HP Cluster Platform or HP Cluster Platform Express, which provide the flexibility of a custom solution with the simplicity, reliability and value of a preconfigured, factory-built cluster.
