It might just end up at the same noreply address as their developer link
in the Play Store.

Hello - still having sporadic problems with Microsoft outlook app and
authentication. Some days it works and others it doesn't . Submitted a
support request using the app but that was over a week ago and nothing
from Microsoft support. I hope someone from Microsoft monitoring this
thread is working ...
