Austin McCollum’s Bio

I work as a Support Escalation Engineer for Microsoft on the Exchange client server team.  When my family asks what I do, I tell them I work with an elite team as the last line of defense for the world’s most difficult email problems.  I started my career at Microsoft in 1998 with Exchange 5.5 and have been a Mac specialist within my team since 1999.  From Outlook 98 to Entourage 2008 EWS and beyond, I’m excited to see a great examples of Microsoft software playing well with a competing OS.  Exchange allows us to all get along and ultimately will lead to world peace.  In the meantime, I post CAS troubleshooting techniques on my personal blog http://blogs.technet.com/austinmc/
