Serdar Soysal’s Bio

I started my career as the 4th PSS Engineer in Microsoft Turkey.  After living through the launch of Windows 95 and training the 5th PSS engineer, I accepted a position as the Data Center Manager for a new college.  Well, it was no fun being the Manager when you're the only person in the Data Center.  So, in 1997 I moved to Michigan where I worked for 5 years as an Exchange administrator.

After 6 years, I came back to Microsoft as a field TAM. I worked for four years in the Financial Services vertical based out of the New York office. In the summer of 2006, I moved to the Exchange User Experience team as a technical writer.
My leisure time is usually spent playing soccer, camping, and working on my never ending N scale model railroad.
