I am an Escalation Engineer in the Messaging Escalation Services team, formerly known as CPR. My team handles all Exchange and Outlook issues that require hotfixes as well as any other issues that require intimate knowledge of code to resolve. If no one else can solve your problem then you’ll end up talking to someone on my team; the buck stops here.
I have been with Microsoft since mid-2004. I have spent my entire career working with Exchange in one way or another, doing everything from architecting Exchange implementations, to performing day to day administration, to developing software on top of Exchange, to helping out in the community as an Exchange MVP. While I prefer to be more of a generalist, handling any issue that comes my way, I do tend to specialize in issues that require cross-product knowledge of Outlook and Exchange as well as issues that relate to Exchange programmability.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my time with my lovely wife and three (usually) wonderful children.
