Ethan McConnell’s Biography

I am a Technical Support Lead (aka Partner Technical Lead) for the Exchange Client Server Infrastructure (XCSI) Exchange server support team at the Charlotte, NC campus. I've been supporting XCSI technologies (OWA, Outlook Anywhere, Exchange ActiveSync) exclusively during my entire time at Microsoft. I started as a contractor in March 2003 and was hired full-time (Blue Badge) in March 2004 . During my time here I've been a Support Engineer, Acting Technical Lead, and also a Beta Support & Readiness Engineer for Exchange Server 2003 SP2 beta. My primary area of focus has been around mobile technologies & Exchange ActiveSync. I have over 12 years experience working in the IT industry. Outside of work I enjoy travelling the world and driving European cars.
