Are you a person who loves design and engineering work with cool new hardware and software technology?  Do you like doing software design and integration with the latest technologies in storage (SAN, ISCSI), servers (64bit/OS), telephony (VOIP, IM), and other cool applications?  Do you love creating automation that emulates real-world customer scenarios and touches every aspect of a big server product to break it down and make it cry for help?   Do you like opportunities where you as an individual can impact the overall quality of a billion dollar server product? Exchange team is looking for strong Exchange system engineers and test development people to work in our Exchange Integration lab.   We are looking for thought leaders who can drive innovation in the way we test and integrate Exchange server roles in simulated customer environments.   The role involves designing and developing production-quality software architectures, tests, deployments, and reusable components that will reflect real-world client and server usage patterns.  Other roles include creating design documentation and detailed test specifications, scenarios, and drive the design and implementation of scenario based automation process into a lab with the latest storage and server systems.  The goal is to find production level issues BEFORE we ship!
