Do you believe email is a mission critical application? If so, come join the Exchange Server Product Unit and be a key player in helping influence the Exchange business as it embarks on reshaping how the next generation of Exchange will make it easy and simple to manage millions of users. The Exchange System Management team is looking for a Program Manager with strong design skills excited by the possibility of redefining the way people think about managing server applications.  This role involves deeply understanding how users work with Exchange, challenging old assumptions, generating great ideas, and building the core user interface elements that will set the standard for a server management console and serve our customers well for the next decade.

As a Program Manager, you would work with development, test, design, and usability to drive features from initial planning through shipping.  You will collaborate with the Exchange System Manager team and dependent partner teams to develop functional specs for the Exchange System Manager which provide a consistent user experience throughout the product.  Use your understanding of effective Graphical User Interface designs and your experience building them to bring these features to life.  You will represent your areas of the product to internal and external audiences both to gain feedback on product plans and to educate.  This position requires three to five years experience with Microsoft Exchange, preferably related to deployment, operations or support and one to two years of Shell or Perl scripting experience and an understanding of algorithms and program logic.
