Steve Schiemann’s Bio


I started working at Microsoft in December 1997 as a Support Engineer in the Exchange Connector's specialty team. I eventually landed a position as an Escalation Engineer with Exchange, and now I'm a Senior EE in the Unified Communications team. Support is a great place to be, because I get to work with customers, other specialties, and the product group. There are relatively few positions like this in the world, and I appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers.
