Jim Lucey’s Bio


I'm currently a Technical Product Manager, on the Exchange Marketing team.   I've been in this role since April, 2007.  Though my roots, with Microsoft, are in Product Support.  I started at Microsoft in 1991, supporting Windows 286/386 and 3.0.  Then, I moved on to database products, FoxPro and Access.  In 1997, I moved to the Enterprise world supporting Exchange Server.  While in the support organization for Exchange, I took on a role of Supportability PM for about 6 years.  In that role, I helped collect worldwide support data on Exchange Server and work with the Exchange development team to improve the supportability of the products.
