Ashley Webb’s Bio

All of my 4 years at Microsoft have been spent in the Messaging group in product support. I started out supporting Exchange 5.5 and lived through the Exchange 2000 release. I was able to work on our Exchange 2000 Setup/Deployment team for about a year. This gave me a great chance to work on some complex migration scenarios which are usually pretty interesting. I am currently on the Exchange Escalation Services Team where my primary focus is Admin issues.  The cool thing is I never know what kind of challenging issues the day will hold. I get an opportunity to work with a lot of great people, including customers, engineers, Tech Leads, Developers and more to help resolve some really perplexing problems.  I really like knowing how things work so my position provides and opportunity to dig in and understand components from the code up.
