Making changes to the way you work, or more importantly the way your staff and students work, is a big deal in any institution. Being able to test, develop and trial changes is vital to rolling out any new services successfully. For this reason we’ve made getting your hands on Office 365 for education super simple! You can trial the whole service, including the Office Professional Plus subscription free for 30 days! All you have to do is sign up:

The trial gives you access to 25 student and 25 faculty A3 plan licenses which include:

  • Exchange Online with a 25GB mailbox
  • Lync Online for voice, video, IM and screen sharing
  • SharePoint Online with the Microsoft Office Web Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote) for the easy creation, collaboration and curation of all sorts of files.
  • Microsoft Office Professional Plus subscription to allow your users to install Office on up to 5 PCs!

The first thing you’re going to want to do once you’ve got your trial is create some users and the simplest way to do that is via the Microsoft Online Services Admin Portal.
