MIcrosoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services
Find below the announcement of the availability of Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services for organizations running and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
The first release will be comprised of the following services: Business Process Modeler, Usage Profiler, License Sizing Estimator, Customization Analysis, System Diagnostic, Upgrade Analysis, and Issue Search.
Access to LCS will be available to Dynamics channel partners at no charge for a limited period of time if they have a current Solution Provider Agreement (SPA) with Microsoft. Customers will be able to use the initial release if they have an active enrollment in a Business Ready Enhancement Plan (BREP) or Software Assurance (SA) plan for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Microsoft may change this requirement or pricing at any time by providing prior notice.

Login with your customersource ID will allow you to create implementation projects too, where partnersource ID will give you the Learn and Presales projects. Partners will need to be invited to an Implemenation project by the customer.
