One of my servers isn't taking the patch. Help!

Q: Hello, I applied the Windows OS updates at support.microsoft.com/kb/931836 successfully to all but one of my Windows 2003 servers. The one I am having trouble with does not appear to be getting any Windows Updates. Upon checking winver to see what SP it was on it read Win 2003 SP4!
