What do the errors 0x8004011D and 0x800040005 in the Exchange tool represent?

Q: I have ran the MSExTMz.bat file and out of nearly 1500 mailboxes I received about 10 errors for specific CN recipients with the following two error scenarios: I am using V2 of the Exchange tool; 1) Unable to open mailbox (0x8004011D) and (0x80004005) Idea
A: 0x8004011D can be caused by permissions in Exchange or AD blocking Send-as. Do you have any inherited permissions along those lines?
