When TZMove is run on the server will a user receive one prompt for each appointment?

Q: When TZmove is ran on an Exchange server and USr has an estimated 200 scheduled appointments for the change time window logs in, will he have to modify all appointments like the tztool was ran locally or one per appointment?
A: In an exchange server based update, you may run the Exchange tool - MSEXTMZ.EXE. This server oriented tool has the ability to update multiple mailboxes. There should not be a prompt per appointment. Have a look at the KB for the server based tool: support.microsoft.com/kb/930879
