Q: We have updated our computer operating systems with the DST fix in the past and recently found we should have ran the Outlook or Exchange tool to correct Calendars soon after the computers were updated.  What do we do?
A: The tools available are designed to update appointments that were created “before” the OS patches and Exchange patches were applied. This is called “rebasing”. Look to MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/gp/dst_topissues#a4
