MSEXTMZ is giving me errors: 0x8004011C


Q: I’m having some problems running the MSExTmz tool. I’ve patched my Exchange 2003 SP1 with the os and exchange patch and now running the rebase tool. I’m getting errors in the logs, Unable Open mailbox – 0x8004011C ,, the tzmove.exe is crashing
A: 0x8004011C are usually profile errors.  Verify the account your using has all the required pre-req’s in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=930879.  Also, try logging into one of the profile’s manually using the account your running the Time Zone tool to verify that works.
