For accounts running Exchange rebasing, what access level do they need?

Q: For the account(s) that are running the Exchange rebasing tool. Its been communicated that they need to have Exchange View Only Admin access. Is this the minimum level? Can they be Full Exchange Admins?
A: You would have to ensure that the Exchange Full Admin group has at least VIEW ONLY perms. There is a script that can provide these perms.
