toastmasters leadership institute

on saturday i will be presenting at the toastmasters leadership institute in normal, il on the toastmasters vp of membership role.  i'm serving the dekalb area toastmasters as the vp of education this year (i was the president last year) and as i prepared for this presentation i had a lot of great examples of how our current vp of membership and others in the club have assisted in bringing visitors and converting those visitors into members.  it's pretty rewarding to be involved in an active growing club with members that have a very diverse background.
