aero shortcut keys and another helpful tip

i was listening to paul thurrott's windows weekly podcast on my way to wisconsin today and learned a new set of keyboard shortcuts in windows 7.  to maximize the current window, press windows key + up arrow.  when i arrived in wisconsin, i met a trainer who taught me a new combination - ctrl + 0 to return from zoom to 100% display.
