while i was still a technical trainer, i watched terri sjodin's "new sales speak:  the 9 biggest sales presentation mistakes and how to avoid them".  this was one of the best train the trainer presentations i have ever watched and as a microsoft certified trainer i had to demonstrate an understanding of many of these techniques.  terri has also given me one of my favorite stories that motivates you to action.  check out her website here
