We have begun to realise in our team that some IT folk have more to do with licensing than we had realised, so in the lastyear or so we have tired to step up and help IT professionals with licensing. We regularly put on TechNet events that fill out - the next one is in Reading on 21st November and there is often licensing FAQs on the Technet newsletter

The licensing team now have a regular FAQ section split by company size (less than or more than 250 PCs) which are really useful:
