User Group events

In the UK, we have some fantastic user groups. These groups are just genuinely enthusiastic about a product ro technology and make so much effort to organise meetings to discuss and learn from one another.

Here are some of the events that are coming up:

23 August 2007, London: Microsoft Messaging and Mobility User Group Meeting

This month we have two speakers. Firstly, Richard Jones from Anglia Business Solutions will be speaking about builindg business applications for Windows Mobile devices and how they can increase productivity and save you money. Secondly, Russ Kirk from Grey Convergence will be giving an introduction to Office Communication Server (OCS) 2007, showing the future core of MS communication product.

29 August 2007, Liverpool: Microsoft Messaging and Mobility User Group Meeting

This event will be held in Liverpool at Gardner Systems on Wavertree Technology Park. For this inaugural event, we will have a variety of great Exchange content ranging from Unified Messaging with Exchange 2007 to using NetApp storage with Exchange.

20 September 2007, Manchester: Windows Server User Group Meeting

Attend this session at the Digital Development Agency in Manchester starting at 6pm. Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services Gateway will be covered by Austin as he explores installing and configuring the role and drilling into the certificate requirements to configure secure access. By implication will also cover a quick overview of the new Server Manager and general admin interfaces. Scotty will cover Core Server and Read Only Domain Controller, discussing the impact of the generally command line only interface and capabilities and security of a Read Only Domain Services replication.
