Problem:

The ACScollector service (Adtserver) would not start.

Root Cause:
=========
The certificate used by Adtserver was replaced.

Solution:
========
Run %systemroot%\system32\Security\AdtServer\adtserver.exe -c and select the correct certificate to use.
