  1. WSUS 伺服器無法下載 Update 檔案

    問題徵狀：錯誤事件 364, 事件來源 "Windows Server Update Services", 事件訊息 "File cert verification failure"

    解決方法：從 WSUS 伺服器上去 Microsoft Update 網站更新憑證。從 Microsoft Update 網站選擇 "Custom" 到 "Software, Optional" 並安裝 "Root Certificates Update"
     

  2. 伺服器透過 WSUS 更新完 Update 後會自動重新開機

    問題徵狀：這個 GPO 設定 "No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Updates installations" 是 "尚未更新" 或 "已停用"。

    解決方法：把 GPO "No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Updates installations" 設定成 "已啟用"

  3. 伺服器可以 Ping (ICMP) 的通、遠端桌面 (RDP 3389) 也通，但是 IE 連不上外部網站、網路時好時壞

    問題徵狀：您的作業系統是 Windows Server 2003 搭配 SP2，硬體有 Broadcom 或是 HP NC373i 系列的高階網卡 (含 Offload/Chimney) 等功能

    解決方法：更新 KB 948496 "An update to turn off default SNP features is available for Windows Server 2003-based and Small Business Server 2003-based computers"

  4. Domain中同時擁有WSUS以及SCCM可能導致Client回報Scan Failed

    問題癥狀：客戶目前有一台WSUS搭配Domain GPO設定服務一群Client。而目前也有另一台SCCM，並且設定把現有的WSUS架設為現有SCCM的SUP，且所有的Client 也安裝了SUP的Agent，結果目前發現SUP sync 可以成功，但SUP Client scan 會有問題, client 回報因為有GPO設定所以scan失敗。

    解決方法：We have two options for resolving this issue:
    1. Remove the group policy at the domain level, or
    2. Use the same WSUS server as the Software Update Point for the SCCM as well

  5. Windows XP 自造字元(EUDC)輸入法對應表(TBL)無法在VISTA上正常使用

    問題徵狀：如果使用者從XP或是先前的作業系統中，將EUDC的字元以及輸入法對應表移轉到VISTA上，將只能顯示字元，但不能透過輸入法輸入字元。

    解決方法：更新Hotfix 945285 。
