When we upgraded to 1806, we were missing sms_AMTObject WMI object found root\cimv2\sms. The class is defined under C:\windows\ccm\AmtInvProvider.mof. We also noticed missing MOF files under CCM directory: AmtInvProvider.mof, AmtPrvsProvider.mof, OOBMgmtEvents.mof, OOBMgmtPolicy.mof. Any reason why these are missing?

    1. Hello Elias

Out of Band Management as a native feature of Configuration Manager has been removed since version 1511. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/plan-design/changes/deprecated/removed-and-deprecated-cmfeatures. Unless you were upgrading from CM 2012, if you had the AMT classes I am assuming that you are using the Intel SCS Add-on for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. If you are, try reinstalling it to get the custom classes back.

We have upgraded our sccm from 1710 to 1806 todays back, still the hotfix didn’t show in the Updates and Servicing node

    1. Hello Mohz

If you upgraded to Configuration Manager current branch 1806 after August 24th, then neither of these two update rollups will apply to your site, therefore you will not see them in your console.

We have updated from SCCM 1710 to 1806 full version 5.00.8692.1000 is this the correct version with the latest hotfix? Or it should be 5.00.8692.1010.
        The client version is 5.00.8692.1008

        1. Hello Eslam

Verify the build that you have installed by looking at the package GUID. If it matches this F420D72A-4A0B-40B2-B4D8-275489CC32D0, then you have the full version that contains the same fixes as the updates do.
